Thanks, guys. I realized after I wrote this proposal that this is exactly the sort of thing I don't usually vote for. It's a change to the core rules, abeit very minor and not overpowered, that is likely only to be used by one character.

None the less, in this instance, its fits VERY well into my PC's evolution & it does make him a better PC. Perhaps others will want it as well.
