A Game of Thrones from Guardians of Order
I usually think of this one as its own game. . . probably because it is.

Even so, it's without a doubt one of the best d20 fantasy books ever produced, on every level. Probably the best. Good call.

If I had a list of all of the books I'd have made a poll, but that seems a little out of my range of knowledge :P. So, anyways, wich book from the D&D 3.5e was your favorite? And if there's a specific reason, that'd be nice.

Personally, I would have to say either Draconium (Becuase...of the dragons?), or complete warrior, simply becuase it has my kind of classes. (If someone has a list of all the 3.5e books WOTC published, I wouldn't mind havin it.)

Well, my favourite 3.5 book is Unearthed Arcana because it's the only 3.5 book I have :p We play 3.0 and UA is almost as good for 3.0 with very few exceptions.

Actually, no. CW is a 3.5 book.

It was released at the end of 2003.

Fair enough. I stand corrected. Maybe it was one of the books that had a lot of 3.0 things in it that they missed because it was released so close to the 3.5 core books. That's why I might be thinking it was a 3.0 book.

For sheer reading enjoyment: Ptolus
For usefulness at the game table: Eberron Campaign Setting
Never-Used-It-But-Love-It-Anyway: Midnight Campaign Setting

Actually, it's more likely to be solidly 3.5, as all the original Completes were meant to basically replace the roughly equivalent 3.0 splatbooks, and in fact included a great deal of their material, but updated (to 3.5.)

On the rules side:

Rules Compendium (I expect to still get a lot of mileage out of this one for the next two years or so). I however did find it very annoying that there is a web enhancement with the rules that they could not fit into the RC page count. They should have made the font smaller or increased the page count for this one and should also have added more of the rules bits from the monster manuals to make it a true one-stop shop.

Also an honorable mention to Unearthed Arcana for some very nice options.

On the campaign side: Ptolus

WotC:

#1 Fiendish Codex I: Hordes of the Abyss
#2 Heroes of Horror

Honorable mention: Tome of Magic - If the rules had been up to the fluff, I'd include it with the two above.

Monte Cook:
Ptolus - best campaign setting!
