Favorite Class

What is a Wilder? never come across one in the books i've read, from what i remember anyway.

It's in XPH and thus also part of the SRD: Wilder

I'd say that my favorite classes are:

1. warlock (LOVE mobility, and by 8th level with Fell Flight & Flee the Scene, the warlock has it in spades. Include Eldritch Spear and you can spend all day hovering above your ground-bound enemies, picking 'em off while you're at least two weapon increments from their bows...)

2. druid

3. beguiler (I haven't had a chance to play one much, tho had one as a cohort for a short time. It impressed me enough that I statted up a doppleganger monk/beguiler to use as a villain, pretty impressive on paper tho actual play would be needed to fully assess).

I agree with others who have stated that the most powerful is more player dependent than class dependent.

My favorite 3 to play are:
1] Barbarians
2] Clerics (particularly Cloistered Clerics from Unearthed Arcana)
3] Wizards

The 3 most powerful classes (beside Wizards) are:
1] Clerics
2] Druids
3] Bards (in social-skill dominated games) or Sorcerers (in combat dominated games)

Favourite classes:

1. Cleric. Interesting domains/gods though, none of this LG Cleric of Heironeous crap I see a lot of my fellow players using.
2. Barbarian. A licence to do all that dumb that you know will be fun.
3. Rogue. I enjoy the skill-backed RP aspect in cities (circumstance to Gather Information ftw!).


Most powerful classes, based on my observations:

1A. Wizard. Duh. Excluded by request though.
1B. Cleric. Not why I like Clerics, but they can be built to be real pains in the arse.
2. Druid. Druids annoy me as a player (turn takes too bloody long). Sadly this often transposes to my character lot liking the Druid.
3. Archery based Fighter. Requires some caster support, but can be a real life-saver at times (Ranged Pin on the opposing caster!).

Barring Wizards, my 3 favourite classes are

• Archivist
• Ranger
• Rogue

Apart from wizards, the most powerful classes in the game are, IMO:

• Druid
• Cleric
• Archivist

(And who is strongest really depends on the situation and campaign)

Three Most Powerful Classes (in my opinion):

1. Cleric
2. Wizard*
3. Druid

* I disagree with the OP's position that the wizard is the most powerful class. Or, rather, that it is "freakin obvious".

Though the soulknife needs 3rd party life support. I perfer Dreamscarred myself.

Life Drawing- that's the one where you sketch nekkid people for a few hours.

Only good if the naked people are attractive. The last Sci Fi club president at my college was a portly fellow with body hair and a manly beard who posed for art classes at the college.

A member this year assures us how lucky we were to not have been in that class...

Sometimes its a a person with all of their features on one side, or possibly a dracomoose, but amazingly, its usually a hot chick.
