Favorite game review sites?

Hey, I was wondering if there were any good PC/console game review sites out there. IGN and Gamespot are the two biggest, but I don't really like either of those. Are there any good alternatives?

Most suck pretty badly, IMHO. However, for quantity, you might try an aggregator like www.gamerankings.com

Usually I read the user reviews at gamefaqs.com myself.

I usually go to Metacritic. They are sort of a clearing house of reviews online. They weigh the reviews and then give a game a score of 1-100.

They started with movies, taking all the movie reviews online and giving them a score. They also list the major reviews along with a brief blurb, and include links to the reviews.

They aren't as strong on games, but I think that's mostly because there aren't as many game review professional sites.

I tend to look at the walkthroughs and faqs at gamebanshee and gamefaqs to get a feel for the games myself. Though I will also read some reviews from customers at Amazon and actually have enjoyed Jeremy's video game reviews on his site.
