Favorite Summon Monster (1st Level)

It may be interesting to see what everyone's preferred Summoned Monsters are. Please, vote for the monster that is most frequently summoned in your campaign, or by your personal character. Core selections, only, of course! (If you're a druid, go ahead and choose your favorite nature's ally which also appears in the list above.)

I may repeat this weekly for different levels, perhaps.

Badger, because someone always says "Badgers? Badgers? We don't need no stinking badgers!" ... and I am easily amused.

I'm a Lam3r druid, i only get weaker non templated versions, but its balanced cause i can only wear organic vegan armor and use dining utensils as weapons. but i like dire rats.

I like the versatility of the hawk. The ability to fly makes it a tad more useful than the other options. Of course, I usually push to be allowed a celestial version.

Never really got into the idea of summoning a dire rat. Especially after the first time someone cracked a "raticate, I choose you" joke.

Always Badgers (mainly for the reason BiggusGeekus gave).

Nut they have also saved the entire party! In our first encounter the summoned Badgers killed more critters that the party fighter (who had a greatsword! - just couldn't hit the broad side of a barn ).

Even got one of them to rage.
