Feat allowing more ranks in CC know(arcana)?

First Post
I'm building a Fochlucan Lyrist, and I could use some help on feat selection.

At level 8 I will have six feats. So far, I have considered these in particular:
skill monkey feats: Able Learner, Nymph's Kiss
combat feats: Intuitive Attack, Nemesis(humans)
casting feats: Practiced Spellcaster(Druid), Disguise Spell, Subsonics, Spontaneous Healer

Which of these (or others) might be best?

Also, is there a feat which allows a character to take level+3 ranks in cross class skills, or one which treats skills which were at one time class skills as always class skills? Really what I need is Knowledge(arcana) as a class skill.

Thanks.

Also, two of my characters feats are fighter bonus feats, but I only have one fighter bonus feat listed above. Could someone suggest a second?

Thanks a lot for the help!

Your Max Rank is Level+3 in any skill which is a class skill for any of your classes.

From the Multiclass Characters section:
Skills: If a skill is a class skill for any of a multiclass character’s classes, then character level determines a skill’s maximum rank. (The maximum rank for a class skill is 3 + character level.)

If a skill is not a class skill for any of a multiclass character’s classes, the maximum rank for that skill is one-half the maximum for a class skill.

And with Able Learner, you're only paying 1 skill point per rank anyway... which is the other thing that a skill being cross-class affects.

So you can effectively say that any skill that appears on any of your class lists is treated as a class skill at all times, since they behave as class skills in the only two ways that matter...

... Which means when you take Bard, you'll have it as a class skill. It'll just cost more to invest in it when you're not taking a level in Bard.

Or rather, will cost more UNTIL he takes a level in bard, if he's got Able Learner. And, if he's like me, and takes bard as a first level class, for the extra skill points, it'll always be a class skill.

No, it won't.

With Able Learner, it'll always cost 1 point per rank. Until he takes a level in Bard, though, his Max Rank is capped at the lower value.

There is also the Education feat, which turns all knowledge skills into class skills and also works for non-humans and those who don't have the skill as a class skill for any of their classes (which is required for Able Learner to work as intended, even though that's probably a given for you).

Something else... you can put more skill points into a skill when you level up, not just one, as long as you do not get beyond the maximum. It only matters what class you are in that moment, i.e. which class you leveled in last. If you have 5 levels of fighter and then get 1 level of bard, you could immediately raise Knowledge (arcana) from 0 to 9 ranks, if you have enough skill points, for example.

You would just have to make sure, that the last level before entering the PrC is in a class, which has Knowledge (arcana) as a class skill and then simply spend all/many skill points on that skill in order to get it to the required level. This works even without any feat at all.
