Feat Master

Look.

The game is about hard choices. Yeah, there are a lot of feats out there. Yeah, a lot of them are really cool. You want all of them.

Tough.

The proper answer to "Chocolate, vanilla, or strawberry?" is to choose one, and say, "I'll have another one the next time I visit the ice cream shop." Asking to have one of each is being greedy no matter how you slice it.

A comparison:
The Book of Exalted Deeds has a the "Sword of Righteousness" pclass:

Prereqs:
Any good
BAB +6
One of the favored feats, plus one additional exalted feat

Level BAB Fort Ref Will Special
1 +1 +2 +0 +2 Bonus Exalted Feat
2 +2 +3 +0 +3 Bonus Exalted Feat
3 +3 +3 +1 +3 Bonus Exalted Feat

HD: d8
Skill Points: 4
Skills: Climb, Craft, Diplomancy, Handle Animal, Intimidate, Jump, Knowledge, Profession, Ride, Sense Motive, Swim

I think this is a good starting point for the idea, for a baseline reference

How many feats are those 2 fourth level spells worth? there arent any feats that can gain those back. So we'll just say two.
Two things with this class, first of all, if u thought about feats this way, then a 10th lvl character giving up 5 levels of sorceror would effectively give you 16 feats(16 spells gained in those 5 levels), plus 5 more for losing 5 levels of spellcaster(i think u quoted something like that)
Second thing is, what ever happened to people who roleplayed to be roleplaying? obviously if u like this sort of class u are some sort of power gamer who doesnt realize any other function of the game other than getting ahead of your dm. If u found a dm who would let u play something like this than maybe it fits in with his style of gaming and wouldnt overshadow the half red dragon trolls with acid immunity and the paragon death slaad that are running around with the party. Otherwise this prc is extremely overpowered and really ruins the game for people who still roleplay to roleplay. If u wanted a specialist that got all those cool feats every level, maybe some more thought should go into it and maybe somebody should just go ahead and make a customized prc.

Forget comming back for the other flavors...it just takes to much time. Instead pull out a blender and show the guys behind the counter how to make a new flavor...than only charge yoursefl 1/2 price b/c you had to make it yourself using your own blender! :D :D

I wouldn't use it simply because it's a Meta-Class. I like classes and PrCs that have a place within the campaign story line. This class doesn't do that. I can't see a Royal Order of Feat Masters... :)

This class is way too powerful. I might consider something like this:

Hit Die: 1d4
Skill Points: 2 + Int Modifier
Class Skills: None.

Level Attack Fort Reflex Will Special
1 +0 +0 +0 +0 Two Bonus Feats
2 +0 +0 +0 +0 Two Bonus Feats
3 +0 +1 +1 +1 Two Bonus Feats
4 +0 +1 +1 +1 Two Bonus Feats
5 +0 +1 +1 +1 Two Bonus Feats

Looking at this prc I think of how absolutely broken this would be in a gestalt game. Imagine a 15th lvl Wizard or Sorcerer/10th lvl Fighter/5th lvl Feat Master

Ok here we go.
6 Feats for Lvl
3 Meta or Item Creation Feats
6 FIghter Feats
+10 More anything Feats

SO we have a 15th lvl character (Albiet Gestalt) with 25 Feats. Seems way too much.
