Feat: Shield Balance

Essentially, this feat is equivalent of a +1 shield bonus to AC and +1 damage compare to a small shield. It is a strong feat, but I wouldn't say it is unbalance. Also, I think I've seen a smiliar feat in PHBII. Add the flavor, and I think it will be fine.

It's similar, but worded better than the PHBII feat (which in theory as written becomes a +0/+0 adjustment off hand weapon).

I've not played a shield-basher, but I don't see anything wrong with this feat. Having followed the discussion, I think I can add my yes as well.
