Precise Shot - I like the idea of an archer that is so good he can shoot into a raging melee. But I don't like the idea of an archer that is good enough to miss his allies just because he took a feat that somebody higher level didn't take.

Improved Init has got to go. Its a 20% bonus to something you roll once a combat, and even then, it might not matter.

Weapon Focus might not matter either with it's +1, and just because you roll it more often doesn't make it more worth while.

Take it the other way, if you roll only once, you'd better roll good, so any/all bonuses are greatly appreciated.
