FFG: School of Conjuration & Fey Lore?

I love the School and Lore books, and I've seen these two for preorder on Amazon for a long time now. Any idea when they'll be available? And the other books as well.... Still got more races and schools to go!

Hopefully soon. IIRC, they were both originally slated to be out before Darkness & Dread, which was just released.

In some ways, I'd be kind of surprised if they continued with the series. Not because they aren't useful mind you (love the Illusionist book!) but because they arne't the format the sells.

Trust me, I know that hardcovers and details aren't everyone's cup of tea, but it looks like that's what the people want.

Me? I hate to say it, but I wouldn't mind seeing a book that took the various monsters and updated them to 3.5 and finished off the series in a nice hardcover. It could be like Green Ronin's Book of Fiends in that it's something old and something new.

I like monster updates. The skill point changes, the damage reduction changes, the feat additions and other little things just make it easier to fork over the cash.

Leaving spells in the same school they were in prior to 3.5 when a change should follow based on official spells or not removing feats made redundant by 3.5 however, do not make me want to fork over the cash.

I agree that the two School of books were cool. One of my players is doing a 'white' conjurer right now and would love for such a book to come out.

Sadly, those are some of my favorite monster books, and the magic books had the focus right (too many class oriented books throw in too much filler; there was little filler in the "school" books.)

Hopefully they continue the series soon.... (both of them) And even if the Lore books become HC's, the school books don't require much maintainence 3.5 wise. Hopefully we see 'em soon.
