I'd just like to take the opportunity to point out that if you feel psions and the like should have some measure of "normal" skills, that could be easily handled by picking up ranks of Craft and/or Profession, and not unduly handicap you power-wise. Might not work for the concept you're after now, but that's what I'd do.Caeleddin said:Runesong - The Fighter levels are an RP preferrence. PsyWar would run into the same problem as Psions in that they also need a bit of maturity to function properly.
Save it for a really big battle.Caeleddin said:Pretty sure he will the second I use it, which I probably won't for a bit.
There is a slight chance that the PCs will be upset that I don't seem to do much in combat (with everything suppressed, I'd be very surprised that they can figure it out). The PC Sorceror is the braggart type (IC, that is) and so he might decide to be uppity when my blunt character responds, and may fire off a few MMs my way. If he does, any objections from you DMs to me doing a PK and killing him with an overchanneled, empowered max aug'd Crystal Shard (he only has about 40 hps), followed by a "don't EVER do that again"?
