Fighter variant with smoother feat progression

Updated version

I've made the following changes:

- 4th level is now a bonus feat again. I left Weapon Focus at 1st because I like the effect it has on multiclassing and it makes the class easier for newer players, but now at least you have more choices at 4th.

- Rearranged the feat progression. At 5th, 11th, and 16th levels you have 1 more feat than the core fighter. At all other levels you have the same number, and you never lag behind in total number of feats, counting Weapon Focus, but not the other abilities.

- Added more options to Defense Style, so hopefully I'm not restricting feat choices too much with that 1st level Weapon Focus.

- Renamed Combat Feat Emulation to Feat Breakthrough. It just sounded better to me.

- Changed Elusive Attack, Counterattack, and Overwhelming attack to be 1/encounter abilities, unless you spend a feat to make them usable at will.

- I nerfed Overwhelming Attack so that it can only be used to get double damage with one attack per round.

- Added two more abilities: Deadly Attack at 13th, and Sudden Attack at 19th.
(edit: obviously designed around the same mechanics as the other ones. I probably need feedback on these more than anything since they are otherwise original creations)

The changes were to nudge it closer to the balance of the core fighter, and to add more options. Hopefully I didn't make it worse. :)

What happens when you multiclass?
I don't see any problems. Each of the classes gets revamped so that the character level feats are added to the classes. It just changes the nature of when to switch classes, etc.
