Fighting Fantasy Conversions?

Kafkonia

First Post
Have any been attempted? I tried scanning the boards for the last year, but couldn't find anything. IIRC, the beasties were rather similar to *D&D ones, but I gave my copy of Out of the Pit away years ago so I can't be certain.

Myriador released d20 conversions of a few of the early books but that was about it offically.

I don't have my Out of the Pit anymore either :( but IIRC some creatures were based on D&D creatures whilst others were unique to Fighting Fantasy.

Hmm, I happen to have Out of the Pit Japanese edition(yeah, such thing exist).
I can list monsters in the book, though I think such list already exist somewhere on the net...?

There weere several creatures in FF that were unique to the product line at the time (Skunk Apes, anybody?). Since that time, many have resurfaced in GW products (notably Warhammer Fantasy Battles and WRFRP). Indeed, GW's iconic "squiq" first appeared in the wilds of Titan, as did the alien Chaos and many of its minions.

This is monster list of Out of the Pit .
