File Sharing Questions

I've used Kazaa, Morpheus and Bearshare. For ease of use, I prefer Bearshare, and it's the only one I have on my computer now.

It does come with Spyware, but if you're smart, you can cripple it. It's a separate program, and isn't embedded inside the Bearshare program.

Sorry. I apologize if I stepped on your foot here Aeson, not my intent. :(

File sharing is a weird world uncomfortable at first until you understand how it works, kinda like a finer golf court. You know they dont like you wear shorts for example. :) My point here is, file sharing is very elitist once you get past the "load up a program, search and download and eventually in a few hours its done"-stage. And The Napster Way is long gone.

Its ok. I actually learned some stuff. I just I would let you answer any questions so I wouldn;t look so dumb and learn something in the process.

Hey, thanks for all the info everybody! Lots of good stuff.

I do have a broadband connection, wireless, but it is spotty during peak hours and I'll soon be looking into other broadband options in my area.
