Zook passes by the now empty concierge's chair and returns to his bunk.
In front of the tent lies the unconscious half-orc concierge.

Inside the tent, Zook's pack has been dumped on the bed.
The only thing missing is the library book.

Rethlin pokes his head outside the tent and attempts to spot the fleeing librarian woman. "She could not have gone far..."

Well, she hasn't gotten that far.
The full body veil makes her pretty distinctive and Rethlin sees her at the far end of the station, perhaps 200 feet away and nearly out the door.

"This way" Rethlin tells his comrades, "she is almost to the door!". Rethlin runs as best he can in pursuit, his move is only 20ft due to heavy armor.

Bhalag grunts and gets up to give chase.

Kae hurriedly shovels the last forkful of food into her mouth and then leaps to her feet and retrieves her spear. With that, she's ready for the chase... though she thinks mournfully of the likely effect on her digestion.

Rethlin charges after the woman in full cry.
Bhalag and Kae overtake Rethlin due to their lighter armor, crying less and running more.

The waitress bolts after Bhalag and Kae, yelling "Stop! They haven't paid!"

The man who was talking to the police chases after the waitress yelling "Stop! I've got their bill!"

The parade alerts the woman, who glances back, startled, and disappears out the door in a whirl of green-and-gold veil.
