an addendum to this: there is no stronghold for dexterity (at least not in the AG) for...some reason.

Interesting. +2 Dexterity can be a little too good perhaps, +1 AC, +1 initiative, +1 to attack with finesse/range weapons, +1 to a bunch of skills ... That said, I can imagine something like a Gymnasium being a Stronghold that could have Dexterity as the ability score.
