As Ozy pointed out (what a masochist!) Soldier also took 3 more damage from the gnome's Body of Fire when his OA hit, so he's down to 7 hp. I've edited the status post AGAIN.

I almost wrote "as our hard-working judge pointed out", but Ozy's actually judging all my other games, not this one...

Callen moves down to the doorway and fires a magic missile at the gnome before it can disappear into the trees.

[sblock=ooc]move: to N20
Standard: mm vs. Gnome Ref (1d20+5=19, 2d4+4=11) hit I think.

Callen Stewart - Male Human Wizard 2

Callen's shot strikes the gnome in the center of the back. There is a flash of light, and the gnome vanishes completely...

[sblock=Arcana 12]
That wasn't supposed to happen! Magic missiles don't make people disintegrate!

"Unless you are a far better mage than I give you credit for, that kill shot should have still left a body. Something is wrong here."

[sblock=OOC]Arcane Check1d20+7=16[/sblock]

[sblock=Stat Block]Goeth Tobari - Tiefling Warlock (Infernal Pact) 1
Passive Perception: 11, Passive Insight: 17

[sblock=ooc]How can Goeth roll a check when he doesn't have LOS? That was the reason I didn't roll for myself. {can't see the gnome vanish from inside the building}[/sblock]

[sblock=Erekose13]
You recall that gnomes are fond of using illusions, and in fact that they are able to fade from sight when hurt. It could still be here, just invisible!
