In the Tome of Horrors, did anyone use the Elemental Dragon: Fire Dragon? I thought about it, but the CR is too high for my group by a bit. But it looks like they estimated high for it anyway. I mean, a CR 22 creature with 228 hit points, +26 to hit with its best attack, and a 14d8 breath weapon? Does anyone think its actual CR might be lower than that? If so, I might be able to use it after all.
