If a druid uses Fires of Life and kill two minions, can your allies regain hit points?
The power says "Hit: 1d6 + Wisdom fire damage and ongoing 5 fire damage. If the target drops to 0 HP, before it saves against the ongoing damage, one creature of your choice within 5 squares of the target regains hit points..."
