Nah, kidding about 'news' - there ain't none o' that. Just a couple of opinions, purely subjective, etc. Also, nothing serious, not really complaining or whatever; no big deal.

OK, well, I like the fact that that hideous nag screen monstrosity is gone. w00t! :) Thanks.

But then, there's the level names (based on XP). . . what happened to the cool titles following each 'race'? I can guess, but I'll keep that to myself. For more than one quite solid reason, IMO. But still, all I want to say is that I kinda miss them. Y'know, being a Strangler just. . . brought the awesome. And then there was what's yet to be.

That's all. Why a thread for that, one might ask. Stuffed if I know. :p

They were the names of specific 4e monsters, and I think some people were offended by any association with 4e.

I guess they hadn't noticed the titles before; that, or their "take offense" mechanism has a very long delay.

Hehe. :p

Yeah, that is what I was thinking but didn't want to enter into. But the second paragraph of yours almost made me snort some of this fine coffee. And that's just the Wrong Drug, dammit. :)
