Rules-wise this tactic has "problems".
from the SRD:




You can't ready a full-round action (i.e., a full-attack action).

The readied action also occurs "before" the action that triggered it - so the opponent is technically not "flanked" since the movement to cause the flank is what triggered the attack.

Now if you house-rule it then it would of course work fine. But technically per the rules there are "issues" with the tactic.

Actually, can't you just be a little more clever with specifying the trigger action? Make the trigger "your teammate attacks" instead of "your teammate moves into flanking position." Your teammate, if smart, won't attack until after he's already in flanking position, at which point you interrupt to make your flanking, sneak attack before he does. Viola, problem solved.
You are, of course, correct about readying a full attack.
