If you are asking if you can stack TWF and Flurry then the Sage/Official answer is no.

My opinion is that the rules do not prevent them from stacking.

Well, since a monk's body is a weapon, there is no real off hand. That would mean that a monk is proficient with hands, feet, hip, knees, elboes.. and so on.

So taking a feet that said a monk is equally proficient with the off hand is useless, considering he is already proficient in everything else also...

When you compare TWD with Monk's level-increasing AC ability (AC = 10 + Dex + Wis + Monk's AC bonus), I think the monk can do without it. :D

Don't think so. A monk can never have enough AC :D

It depends. A monk can have really good AC, but at the expense of having a pathetic damage output. It all depends on where you put your good stats and what buffups you get.
