Followers, you know, those little guys you get with the leadership feat: How do you make up their statistics.
I'm guessing that they should not be elite, so followers shouldn't get maximum hitpoints at first level, but I'm not sure abou this.
Since you end up with alot of followers, rolling 3d6 for all their stats seems too hard. Does 15 point buy seem appropriate, since it corresponds to 10.5 in each stat?
The DMG says followers get the normal wealth for an NPC of their level, so a first level warrior comes with 900gp of stuff, and a 2nd level guy gets 2000gp of stuff. Does this seem like alot? You can have a whole army loaded down with potions for this price?
