I really like the idea. I think the class is perfect except for "Wrath of the Divine". It seems a bit too powerful to turn anything. Even using 3 turning attempts a high level cleric can do this many times a day. I'd say either increase it to 5 turns used or increase the Fort save to avoid exhaustion.
Another idea to work in (but it would be a lot of work to balance) is to allow items that increase turning undead (Amulet of Undead Turning, Sacred Armour, Rod of Authority, ect) to work on your Enemies of God.
