Forever Young and Beautiful?

If someone (could be a villain) want to keep his/her beauty forever, other than becoming a deity, what should be the best way within rules in WotC books?

Vampire ...... A kind of. But according to it's description and illustrations, there be some changed in appearance.

Elan ...... Maybe the best way. But must be chosen. One cannot intentionally be an Elan by his/her own effort.

Green Star Adept ...... Shape is kept. But now he/she is green and cold.

Are there any other good ways?

Ghost - there's no particular requirement that the appearence changes meaningfully ... makes it kinda hard to re-equip later, though.

Polymorph Any Object - find a way to live forever (say, getting Reincarnated when you start getting too far along in years) and PaO back to the origninal appearence (pricy way to go, though)

druid of at least 15th level gets the Timeless Body class feature - now that doesn't specificy keeping beauty itself but talks more about the game mechanical aspect of it so that could apply here (DM's ruling of course). There might something comparable as a magic item that could already exsist or could be created.

I think timeless body is the best way to go, or heavy use of polymorphing magic. PAO was mentioned, but it would not be unreasonable imho to make a spell of say 7th level which replicated Timeless Body.

There is a spell from BoVD, Steal Life, that lets the caster drain away the life of a target and become younger doing it.

It drains away ability scores, and for every point drained, the caster is one week younger. This only works under a full moon.

A Thousand Faces (Su): At 13th level, a druid gains the ability to change her appearance at will, as if using the alter self spell, but only while in her normal form.

Why bother with Timeless Body when A Thousand Faces will do? Choose to look young. Always.

Actually, neither Timeless Body nor A Thousand Faces satisfies the 'forever' aspect. My favourite is becoming a Lich and then Mind Swapping into a young and beautiful body each time you get killed.

Live in the Astral Plane, and don't exit it.

Build a pair of rods of security.

Make clones of you and use magic jars to switch bodies while keeping your full experience.

There's an epic feat in the EpicLH to increase the lifespan, you can take it more than once, it stacks, you can think that slowing the aging process is staying young, the cells are dying more slowly so you stay handsome.
The only drawback is that you need to be epic at a young age to keep the benefit, it doesn't reverse aging.

Yes, Extended Life Span. In conjunction with a class which turns you into an outsider (like Monk), so that you do not age physically.
