D&D 5E ForgedAnvil D&D 5E Character Generator

Have a high elf wizard who selected the Alert feat at 16. It works to add 5 to the initiative, as expected, but it also gives Martial Ranged proficiency, which it should not.

This tool is awesome, just wish it could print all / some pages instead of each page individually, but that is minor. Thank you!

Thanks for the feedback, the Martial Ranged is a bug and is fixed for version 1.54 nice catch. There were some other anomalies I found also which have been corrected.

New here. You have put a great deal of time and energy into this project. Kudos! It's a great tool.

SO I have a character that has four classes but only three are displayed in the Character I and Character Summary. Please advise.

Thanks,
~Don

Thanks for the feedback, the generator supports multiclass characters up to 3 classes. Good to hear you find the tool useful!

I have been Putting most of my players characters in your sheets format. every one seems really happy with it. the only issue we have run into is when putting text into the back story, or adventure notes area. it disappears into limbo instead of wrapping to next line. Is this intentional or am I using it incorrectly?

Thanks for the feedback, awesome that your players are really happy with it. In Excel, text does not automatically wrap to the next cell if the entered text extends beyond the cell width (though within a single cell it is possible to wrap text, however the row height then needs to be adjusted)

I'm using 1.53. Is there some way for me to type in information about my familiar? I'm playing a 3rd level Warlock, and I took 'Pact of the Chain'. The familiar section of character sheet IV doesn't seem to be enabled.

On the character summary page, there seems to be a lot of available space. Is there any way that you could free up some chunk of that page, perhaps at the bottom, so I can add things to it? My GM likes having all of that information available, but he also wants to see XP and Gold, and I would love to be able to add a formula on that page that points to those two values (or includes information about my familiar, etc.).

I have a character (Human Eldritch Knight) who just acquired a Belt of Dwarvenkind. I was able to account for most of the changes (+2 Constitution, speak/read/write dwarven, the beard, the darkvision and the resistance to poison) but is there a way to note the advantage on saving throws vs. poison? Perhaps it's something obvious, but I don't see it!

I've tried to replicate your issue with the Familiar, have you selected a familiar on the Spellcasting sheet? As a Warlock you should also see Sprite, Quasit, Pseudodragon and Imp

For further troubleshooting need more details on Patron, Human (variant or standard), familiar selected

There is no dedicated section on advantage for specific saves or skills. I would use either the Equipment Worn section and type something like Belt of Dwarvenkind [adv save vs poison], or combine with the damage resistance (i.e. poison [adv to save]) both are visible on Character Sheet I. Alternatively use the Character Notes (Character Sheet II) or Adventure Notes (Character Sheet IV)
