Can u also get a screen shot of the abilities section. If u change your race to say a dwarf does this resolve the issue?

Strange, you may not have auto calculations enabled. try hitting F9 recalculate the worksheet. If it works, you can enable auto calculation under File > Options > Formula

That fixed it, I wonder why that was turned off by default. Thanks!

Unarmed Strike is showing up as just "3+modifier" and also movement speed is still showing 30 ft for a lvl 3 monk that should have 40

Try saving the file now that auto calculation is enabled, close it and reopen it. carefully read any prompts from Excel.

I saved it and opened it and the only prompt is that Marcos are disabled, I enable macros and there are no more popups. The box under the subrace selection is empty when I click the drop down arrow.

Found the issues with monk speed and corrected it. Not sure what the issue is with unarmed strike. what is ur race, class, level, feats and what is the expected value?

Ok, I got it to work, but it was a weird workaround. When I clicked the drop down box for subrace, there were no options. I right clicked on subrace and clicked "select from drop down menu". What would show up were all of the other things I had selected in Section 3. I clicked one at random, (It was the last one, "Tyr" for Deity) and it put it in that field which broke the summery part over on the right, it just said N/A. Once something was in that field though, it would allow me to select the right subraces for Dwarf. I will try to attach several screenshots if I can.

Yes, its the same for all subraces. Sorry about my above post. Let me know when you've seen them and I'll remove them. I apparently don't know how to use spoiler tags the correct way.
