Forgotton realms pantheons

I am Starting in a forgotton relms campaign and I am wondering If A Dwarf can worship gods from other Pantheons or only the drawven one.

Also Is there any drawven god who has fire as one of his Domains.

I am converting a dwarven claric who whorshiped obad-hi on the PG and had the Domains of fire and Animals I liked this combination but can find nothing like it in forgotton relms.

Any Ideas.

You can worship any deity.

There are certain racial restrictions for clerics outlined in the PHB. I don't see why a dwarf couldn't be a cleric for a god from the Faerunian pantheon; only the racial pantheons might have restrictions.

House rule Obad-Hai into the Realms (possibly replacing Silvanus), or give Silvanus the fire domain, giving him duality with plant/animal and fire/water.

o well I think I will have to figure something else out. it really will be interesting to see how, changing the god he worships changes the chacter.

IIRC, a non-human can worship any of the 'main pantheon' dieties, but humans usually dont' worship the nonhuman deities.

After all, I'm pretty sure there are gnome clerics of Gond.
