Just use the Linguist feat from the Arcanis Codex.

It makes Speak Language a class skill, gives +2 known languages, and gives a +2 on Decipher Script and Innuendo skill checks.

I think the extra skill bonuses might be a bit much, but they are all skills that aren't used much.

Never heard of the Arcanis Codex.....nor would i know where to get it.

Tongues anyone? Permanent tongues is the easy way to have every language, known and unknown.

This does not allow read the languages. The skills are both.

Of course, permenant comp. languages and Tongues would be an awesome combo.

Well, i upped the INT to 14, giving me an extra language....and w/ the Cosmopolitan feat, ive got 4 languages from the skill, 2 from int, and common...giving me 7 languages. And the character is only 19 years old (im 19, can barely speak English, let alone more than that...)

There's a feat in one of the books somewhere called Polyglut or something similiar that allows you to learn languages at the cost of 1 skill point.

There's an epic feat of the same name which gives you ALL languages.... like a permanent tongues.

Polyglot is from the Kalamar Player's Guide (an official sourcebook under the license). With it you can learn languages for 1 skill point if they share an alphabet with a language you already know.

Sorry to say this but Polyglot is also in the epic level hand book as an epic feat. I myself need to think on which one will be in my camapan.

You don't need to choose. They do different things. The epic feat gives you all languages, while the non-epic feat just lets you learn those with the same alphabet for 1 skill rank instead of 2. Just change one of the names, and you have two perfectly good feats.
