FRCS Drow

What is the final decision about stat modifications for drow elf in Faerun? The book states +2 cha, but PcGen modifies it as -2.

Go with the FRCS.
According to the DMG male Drow get a -2 and female Drow get a +2, but FRCS gives the whole race a +2 rather than make it different by sex (it was the only race to do so).

Mr. Reynolds said at some point both were suppost to get +2 cha like in the FRCS book
