While needing to input personal info to download free stuff is annoying (and yes, suspiciously sketchy) . . . I can vouch for RPGNow as I've ordered more than a few PDFs from them in the past with no problems. They're a pretty well known outfit with a good reputation.

That's sneaky; the products are tile-type things, which aren't as useful on my computer, as opposed to in front of me on the table.

When you click on the product you want, you'll then see it in your cart. Instead of clicking "checkout," click on one of the items; you'll go to a page for it with a direct download link. No credit card necessary!

Hmm, yep, I did that for the first one, and now my cart is empty.

If you select PayPal it will actually process the products without going to a PayPal page (since the products are free). That's what I did for my products.

Does everyone get the same 3 products or is it random?

I'll bring up the free product issues you're mentioning to the staff at RPGNow. Hopefully they'll fix it. You shouldn't have to fill out anything to get your products other then create an account to store it in. Which should only require a email address.

Sorry if you all thought that sneaky, but the publishers giving out the free products wanted to have records of the deliveries.

Not in the least bit sneaky, RPG Host. Thanks for the free pdfs. Nice selection from some of my favourite small press companies at RPG Now. Fat Dragon are definitely a great outfit.

Just fyi, the survey has a glitch. I entered quite a lot of information first time around only to get an error page stating I hadn't filled in asterisked questions. I was then redirected to a new form with none of the previous information included, which was frustrating and I didn't spend as much time answering questions the second time around. Looks like a simple form code error, possibly resulting from checking multiple radio buttons.
