Free RPG Day is fast approaching, is your FLGS participating?

Next Saturday is Free RPG Day (June 23). Is your store participating? Are they doing anything special?

I was planning on trying to run Mutants & Masterminds for the first time since one of my two participating FLGSs has a Heroclix crowd there on Saturdays. However, I decided that I don't have time to get a good enough feel for the system in that time (plus Green Ronin ended up putting out a non-M&M product out), so I'm going to run Chimes at Midnight at both of them.

I will be running demos of Castles & Crusades at Chimera Hobbies in Appleton, Wisconsin, from 10:00 to 5:00. Characters will be provided, and you can jump in at any time.

I know they didn't do a M&M freebie, but if you grab a copy of the Beginner's Guide, it would be perfect for an in-store demo!

Unfortunately, I will be out of town and unable to attend which really SUCKS. Not only will I miss out on the free stuff, I was hoping to finally get a chance to play Castles and Crusades.

I printed the retail info flier and took it to 2 FLGS, luckily for me, one of them decided to participate.

Only one store here is, and it's on the other side of town. Still, one is better than none, and I'm going to go just to grab the free products and run.
