Frenzied Berserker PrC & Intimidate?

OK, so when a Frenzied Berserker (Complete Warrior, p. 34) enters a rage or frenzy he can't use any Cha/Dex/Int-related skills. Problem is, that includes Intimidate. And one of the pre-reqs for the Frenzied Berserker is Intimidating Rage, which involves the use of the Intimidate skill.

Doesn't it seem really weird that becoming a Frenzied Berserker requires a feat that you won't be able to use whenever you're in a rage/frenzy??? Raging/Frenzy is pretty much the entire point of the PrC, yet you can't use Intimidate in conjunction with it?

Should Intimidate be an exception to the above rule?

From the SRD: While raging, a barbarian cannot use any Charisma-, Dexterity-, or Intelligence-based skills (except for Balance, Escape Artist, Intimidate, and Ride)


edit: so i'm sure they mean the same for the Frenzied Berserker too.

Actually, on page 35 of complete warrior, under the Frenzy special ability, it says, "While frenzied, the character cannot use any Charisma, Dexterity, or Intelligence based skills(Except Intimidate)" so I'd say this is pretty clear.
