From what number are the dragons/dungeons only d20? And from what number till what number are the FR maps in them?

That might be a bit murky, because they were doing promotional articles for d20 before it was actually released. I suggest looking at their back issues descriptions, here: http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dragon/backissues

(I think I see the first reference to 3rd Ed. in #264, and the total switch might have been around #274.)

    Dragon started with 3e at issue #274 (August 2000) and Dungeon started with #82 (September/October 2000).
    The FR maps were in Dragon issues 287-290...
