Fuller information on Complete Champion

The thread on Cmplete Champion wasn't very thorough in describing what was said about the book. The full quote from the Dragon article is

"It started out as Complete Divine II" Stark says. "In many campaigns, PCs eventually get an idea of what they're fighting for, but this gets that fun into the mechanics from the beginning and keeps if from being left to happenstance"

Of course, that's maddeningly vague when you think about it.

Sounds less like 'more divine feats and PrCs' and more like 'new mechanics for PCs'

Hmmm, if it's about being a champion of a cause (maybe capitalizing on Affiliation design), that's a really good thing that I can definitely use.
