D&D 5E Futzing With Experience Points (Exploration and Treasure for XP)

I've always been a big fan of using experience to incentivize the players to engage in the behaviors that you want to explore. This seems like a good way to do so for a hex-based game of exploration.

Rather than using 25 Adventuring Achievements* per level, I'm tweaking the numbers so that it requires more Achievements as the level increases. I'm keeping the total number of 175 to level from 3rd to 10th, so the average is still 25 Achievements per level. If I used the former way; then leveling would occur more frequently as the campaign progressed, at least in theory.

3rd (10)
4th (20)
5th (20)
6th (25)
7th (30)
8th (30)
9th (35)
10th (capped)

*Changed the name from "Adventuring Experience" to "Adventuring Achievements" in order to avoid any confusion with RAW.
