Gambling Skill

A friend of mine wants to roll up a bard, but he also wants him to be something of a rake who has a weakness for games of chance. I used the Gamble skill from Star Wars d20. In a typical D&D skill description, would this be a standalone skill, Profession: Gambler, or Knowledge: Gambling? In Star Wars d20, it's a Wisdom based skill.

I think Profession: Gambler is the appropriate way to go in D&Dv3.5e; using it in conjunction with the gambling rules from SWD20 sounds like a very resonable solution...

I agree Profession: Gambler is all set to go. You might be able to take Knowledge (specific game) to get a +2 Synergy bonus to that particular game though.
