How wrong is it that I am fine with undead, magic, and dragons. My problem, why is the wild one woman from north of the wall have Wilde hair, but is perfect shaven legs, and other parts?

I did like the little butt shake the other wild one did well laying with snow ;)

good episode, up until the end. I don't remember
dany's dragons being stolen in the book

Liked the riot scene, as well as the intro of Ygritte.

[sblock=Book Spoilers]That is a brand new addition the story. I'm wondering where they are going with it, but I wonder if it's going to be her primary impetus for entering the Houses of the Undying. That's one of my favorite scenes from Clash. I admit that some of the changes bother me at first, but as they develop it I mostly understand why.

They are also tweaking Jon's story, because in the books he just lets Ygritte go and they don't encounter each other again until the Night's Watch group meets up with the Wildling group and Jon and Qhorin fight.[/sblock]

The scenes between Tywin and Arya continue to be awesome. Jaqen is almost even cooler than he is in the books. The rioting in King's Landing and the Hound rescuing Sansa was really well done.

Though my favorite part may well have been Tyrion slapping Joffrey. I just can't get enough of that.

Tonight's episode took a major turn away from the narrative of the book, but as long as it remains fun to watch, I have faith in the producers. GoT has so much detail, they have to condense and cut. It does seem like the story is dragging a bit this season. So much build up so far with little to show. I guess I'm just really waiting for the Battle of Blackwater Bay!

I was disapointed, I wanted good king spoiled brat to get knocked around more...

I'm with you. I'm not sure who I want to kill him any more, just that he'll be humiliated and then killed.

Arya's "gift" is entertaining, but I'm hoping her third "wish" is for someone of substance. Still, #2 was entertainingly done.

Theon, Theon, Theon, what were you thinking?

HardCoreD&DGirl, re: Osha's grooming habits -- I've heard that referred to as the "King's Landing Strip." And speaking of Osha, I have to admit that I wasn't expecting to see Tonks from Harry Potter in quite that light.

In all, a very good episode, even with some potentially problematic changes. As for what Theon was thinking, there are two possible answers: 1) He wasn't, and 2) It's more WITH what he was thinking in the case of Osha. Of course, with regard to his general strategy, he's trying to get what he thinks he's owed -- respect from the Iron Islanders. He's just so very bad at it!

I've been noticing that the further the show progresses the less I feel the need to whine about the changes. Might be because it's becoming increasingly harder to guess what happens next. That was the way I felt about the books when I read them the first time. It was next to impossible to predict the plot, and that was what I most liked about the series. Now the show is becoming it's own unpredictable entity. I like that.
