Not dated but...I'm beginning to think that some of the terms and jargon we use in our games is dated, makes people devalue other participants, or is just plain confusing.
That would probably be shortened to ED and in my opinion that title falls a bit limp.

Bloodied - because bloodied [meta-game] is not necessarily bloodied [in-game] and does not reconcile with the 'current' concept of 'hit points'. This may be a tiny detail, but the sum total of such details can be confusing for newbies and older edition players.
Admittedly, however, I don't have an alternative label for 'bloodied'.
As I asked before 4e even hit the shelves, why does this condition even need a name?
