Gaming Group Turns 27!

My gaming group began on May 24th, 1982 so today marks our twenty-seventh anniversary!

Our next game night will be our 1091st and at it we will wrap up our 149th module. All six of the current members of our gaming group joined the group during our first three years.

It is always nice to see a group last a long time

Let's see, when you were forming your group, I was not quite yet playing D&D, but instead playing a board game called "Fantasy Forest" by TSR (who at the time made D&D)... it was like candy land (or chutes and ladders) but with the classic D&D monsters stopping you along the way!

How old were you all when it started?

Most of us were in college, a few were going into their senior year of high school, and one of the current players who joined in year three was post-college.
