Gaming "snacks" -- ideas?

I suggested water, but I refrain from drinking a lot of water normally since, oddly enough, it makes me pee like a race-horse. Also, I'm big on breads and other complex carbs like pasta (of course not atkins friendly). Personally I'd have root beer and water to drink, some banana bread to snack on, and pasta for meal.

Of course, in my games, I avoid my own advise and eat too many chips and soda skipping the meal, which makes me logy. I work best when I eat regular meals.
