OK, I've been thinking about this for a while and here are my answers.
Myth - I'll allow the Shaping to work on your Meteor Swarm b/c they're both archmage class abilities, but normally mastery of shaping would NOT work on Spell Like Abilities, only actual Spells(By my understanding and ruling).
One other thing to keep in mind though - Were the bear not a Large creature, you wouldn't be able to do this b/c he's currently grappled with the other party members, meaning they're sharing space. The fact that his giant bear-butt is stickin out into another square is what makes you capable of shooting him.
Just telling you this so that if you come across a grapple between two medium creatures in the future, you'll know you won't be able to shape around one and still hit the other.
Shayuri - I'm going to handle FoM on a case by case basis instead of making a blanket ruling. I'll allow it to stop the Paralysis for this, but this does not count as precedent for any future rulings. If I don't think it makes sense (As in several of Roronoa's examples, such as broken legs/spine, etc) it won't work.
Also, one more thing
In your case, you guys outnumber your opponents 3-1, so having one PC Paralyzed isn't game over. It sucks for that PC, but it's not likely to cause death.
Having said that however, I've allready ruled that the Paralysis will be negated by the FoM in this circumstance. You are, however, stunned. You just barely failed the save (I built him to be able to stun the Warrior types with fort saves in the 20's, but then you were the first to agro him.)
I'll be updating the IC thread shortly.

That would depend entirely on the situation. I run NPC's based off what I think will make a good fight, and am willing to bend the rules on occasion. If it were 10 PC's vs 1 NPC who had freedom of movement and you guys managed to paralyse him, then yes I'd say the freedom kept him free. Why? Not because of how I believe the spell to work, but because I hate save or die, and being paralyzed when you're the only person on your side is game over, and that's a boring ending to a fight, IMO.Though before I sign off, I encourage you to take the retro-test. That is, if you had one of your NPC's with FoM active, and a PC cleverly hit you with a nonmagical movement-impeding effect, would you even pause to wonder if the FoM applied? I admit, my feeling is that you would not. But I may be a bit bitter about the whole thing by now too.
