Gencon 2003 - Getting There is Half the Fun

My ex-girlfriend and I just made our travel arrangements today. After much thinking and figuring, we decided it'll be best for us to drive instead of fly. So we're going to drive 15 hours from Texas to Indiana, and we'll be staying at . . . I think it was a Comfort Inn? Anyway, we're figuring it will be about $400 apiece for the trip, not counting Con purchases. Could be worse, I suppose.

It isn't my fault I chose not to get a license yet!



Still unsure of how I'm getting back, but that's not a concern for me really...I'm just thinking about getting there and having fun!

My wife and I are driving from the Long Island, NY area. Should be about 10 hours or so. Plan on leaving very early to avoid the NYC traffic. Should be a fun trip. I actually don't have to be back to work until the Thursday after the con so we can take our time coming back home. I can't wait!
