GenCon 2005 Events!

If you don't have plans for Friday night yet...

Don't forget, the ENnies are from 9pm-11pm at the Crowne Plaza's Grand Hall. It's the same spot as last year, and as the Epic Level Party from last year as well. GORGEOUS room.

Admission is free with your Gen Con Indy badge for general admission seating at the back. Cash bar.

You can bid on an auction to sit with the publishers at the front of the hall for as low as $20- and that gets you a free drink and some swag, too!

With any luck, we'll be able to score some extra time in the hall so everyone can hang out afterwards, but I'm still working on that part.

I will be in city by bus, around 16:25 hrs...oops 4:25 p.m., what time will be gathering fest, and plus, would anyone mind me bringing some [sblock]Korbel Champagne[/sblock] to the host:cool:

You have six hours left to steal this auction from me and impersanate Parent's Basement Games (Biggus Geekus) at the Ennies! I've got to travel, and won't be back at my computer until about 3:00 AM. So if you beat me now, I can't outbid you!

:D :( :o (I don't know which one to use here!)

Gencon Media Guests: Tricia Helfer and Mary McDonnell

Just trying to spread the word that Gencon has just added two media guests, Tricia Helfer, and Mary McDonnell, both from Battlestar Galactica! Please check the GEncon website for dates and times of their appearances. Hope to see you all there!

Depending who you ask, it's:
a) the best four days in gaming
b) a motley collection of fatbeards and other geeks gathered to seek the company of others of their ilk
c) a mechanism to extract cash from complusive/obsessive fanboys
d) all of the above

;)
