GenCon d20 Pick up games

My question is this: Is anyone reading this thread planning to play any games off-site (in their hotel, in a common meeting area, etc.) on the Wednesday before the con? I would love to get the chance to get in some gaming that wednesday.

Failing that, does anyone have any meeting plans pre-con? Failing the gaming idea, it would be a blast just to meet some folks I correspond with regularly.

Emergent & I don't have anything planned, but that doesn't mean that we won't be up for playing something or meeting up with people on Wednesday evening. I'm not sure what time we are going to be arriving (we're driving from Virginia, 9+ hours), hopefully we can get on the road good & early. Although, after a long day of driving, my brain might not be able to handle D&D. Maybe some people want to just meet up and play some card games (Munchkin anyone?)?

I don't know most of you yet, as I am fairly new to the boards, but my wife and I will be arriving Wednesday afternoon and I was looking for something to do that night as well. I am a big Munchkin fan as well! If I had a hotel room nearby I would offer it but I am staying out by the airport.

I've got an adventure for Oathbound (using 8th level characters) and one for Midnight (using 3rd level character). Both are long, so I figure we'll either get through as much as we can or game for a long time. I'm doing pregenerated characters so if anyonme wants to help create some I'd be happy for the assistance.

What level is the character? I'm planning on level 3 adventure. And I have no idea when.
