My character Tenebrynn works at the Orussus library which has an unofficial mentorship program for wizards and a collection of mundane and magical works with a concentration in Divination.

I don't think the admissions requirements have been written up for any of these. If anything, I'd guess they'd be interested in screening for magical aptitude. So, if the girl's got talent...

The Chromatic Order has a Necromantic section, I believe. And there's always the option of private mentors, including those tied to less than good organizations.

Well, I was thinking of private tutors, but a PC who doesn't have Knowledge Arcana is trying to find a school/trainer, so the issue there is prominence.
