generating stat blocks?

I would love to know of a program that generates virtually any stat block I want. I have CMG's SRD on PDF (too . . .many. . .abbreviations) for the regular critters, and I have Jamis Buck's NPC generator. But what I want is a program that will let me create a stat block for, oh say, a half-dragon Kobold Rogue 3/Barbarian 3.

Does E-tools do this? If so, where do I get it?

My question too. I've checked out this site before, and I'll be damned if I can tell how to access the program that's talked about so much.

Wooohoooo! I'm a stat block generating fool! Editing stat blocks had held me up for a month! I just did all that work inside an hour last night. Yeah, baby, yeah!

Vansant, as for the program on rpgattitude, how does one become not public in order to use it? I would really like to check it out.
