Okay, here's a small list of some I've thought of:
  • Arch Wizard (Archivist/Wizard - for all you spellcasting needs!)
  • Fight Knight (Fighter/Knight - bring on the pain!)
  • Ninjurai (Ninja/Samurai - mixing clever stealth with bushido never looked so sexy)
  • Factovist (Factotum/Archivist - this class is about getting anywhere you need to get to to learn everything you ever wanted to know)
  • Lurzard (Lurk/Wizard - sneaky psionics and the full brunt of wizard might = awesome!)
  • Wu Scu (Wu Jen/Scout - run around, cast some funky spells, shoot a bow. Seems like fun!)
  • Favoured Dent (Favoured Soul/Ardent - congrats! You are the Chosen of the Gods. And you have a funny name, too!)
  • Knightblade (Knight/Duskblade - A mighty citadel of melee madness and spellcasting blitz, this is a great combo!)
  • Psionadin (Psion/Paladin - An imposing Crusader of Light with a buncha neat psionics to back him up!)
  • Dragonblade Hexer (Dragonfire Adept/Hexblade - Blow crap up using draconic powers and curse the crap out of foes? Sounds like a party!)
  • Shambler (Shaman/Swashbuckler - who cares about backstory, just look at that weird class name!)
  • and last, but not least, introducing Darth Vader's tree-hugging, anime-esque half-brother Dru Sader, the Druid/Crusader gestalt!

cheers,

Favored Foul = Favored Soul + Fighter
Sugarwiz = Shugenja + Wizard
Morlock = Monk + Warlock
Danger = Duskblade + Ranger
Barscout = Barbarian + Scout (also this guy I know...)

I like the Domain Wizard/Spellthief combo... "domain thief"... which also happens to be my nick on the Palladium boards. Did I mention they sued?

Knifeblade (Soulknife/Warblade -- or Duskblade -- or Mageblade -- or...)

Brogue (Barbarian/Rogue with a Scottish Accent. :) )

Dwarven Hexagon (Dwarven Paragon/Hexblade)

Sorsage (rations, if things go badly)
Factman (the irritatingly metagaming party member)
Psic (the irritatingly powergaming party member)
Noblade (gets by on faith or whatever)
Hexue (violent-minded and sincere, but uneducated)
Binladin of Freedom (not only misguided, but in very poor taste)

This got me thinking about the Urberness Roger. The name's the easy part; the tricky part is figuring out how (or why!) I would combine the urban variant of the wilderness class par excellence with the wilderness version of the urban class par excellence.
