Gestalt class names

He's not a Gestalt, but my campaign has a Bardificer (Bard/Artificer). The list presented above makes me wonder whether an Ardent/Artificer would be an Ardificer or an Ardentificer.
 

Knight + Bard = Knard
Dread Necromancer + Spirit Shaman = Spread Shaman (Aka the Spread Shamancer)
Barbarian + Warlock = Barlock
Erudite + Crusader = Eruder
Incarnate + Wu Jin = Injun
Fighter + Warlock = F---
Spellthief + Monk = Spellonk
Druid + Thug = Drug
