True20 is a game system that follows this paradigm. Have you looked at it?

I'm now highly intolerant of game mastering anything that I cannot completely recreate with an electronic tool. So while there are plenty of game systems I can enjoy as a player, there's no way I'm going to move out of my comfy e-tools home...especially considering the enormous amount of time and money I've invested in customizing and populating the database.

The only thing that would make me even consider moving to a new game system is another electronic-type solution, like whatever WOTC's cooking up. That's about the only way I'm going to move to another system (and likely, that'd be just a new version of D&D).

P.S. E-tools also does D20 Modern, so that's two games I'm willing to GM.

That's too bad... it's got the most elegant and streamlined ruleset going, in my opinion.
